I’m excited to be opening my next structured 10K group coaching programme starting Monday 9th March.
This 8 week programme is designed for runners who have built to 5K level or can comfortably sustain 30-40 mins of running or run-walk.. It’s also suitable for those who’ve completed a 10K before and want to return with structure, consistency and proper guidance.
Training is progressive, structured and designed to support your life rather than take it over.
We’ll work steadily towards a 10K on Saturday 2nd or Sunday 3rd May — either a local event or a virtual 10K.
This programme is about building confidence, consistency, sustainable progression and a strong mindset.

• Structured 8-week 10K training plan delivered via TrainingPeaks
• Clear pace guidance and effort explanations
• Private Facebook coaching group
• Weekly coaching guidance and accountability via lives
• Two live 40-minute Zoom coaching calls
– Welcome Session: Sunday 8th March, 5pm GMT
– Pre-10K Confidence & Q&A Session: Thursday 30th April, 7pm GMT
• Recordings of both Zoom sessions shared if you’re unable to attend live
• Access to April Breathspace as a bonus (Wed 1st April 7pm GMT)
