Breathwork Space is my monthly online breathwork session, created as a steady place to pause, breathe and return to your body.
You join.
You’re guided.
You breathe.
This isn’t a workshop or a sharing circle.
It’s a guided session where you arrive as you are, breathe, and then spend a few quiet minutes afterwards allowing the body to settle, with optional journal prompts you can use in the moment or take away.
There’s nothing you need to prepare. Sharing afterwards is always optional.
Each month carries its own tone and carefully curated music to support the breath and the experience.
I guide the entire session, so whether you’re new to breathwork or have practised before, you can simply follow along in whatever way feels right for you.
You arrive as you are. You leave with more space than you came with.
No experience with breathwork is needed.
An hour that belongs to you.
Held online on the first Wednesday of every month at 7.00pm GMT.
