Through a blend of gentle breathwork, guided journaling, and grounded coaching, I’ll guide you back into your body… and Sally will support you to find clarity through your own words.

There will be moments to reflect quietly… and moments to share and be heard within a small, supportive space.

You don’t need experience.

You don’t need the right words.

You just need to arrive… exactly as you are.
